Recipe

 This is my 2nd attempt making the fried rice since the 1st time was such a success (dinner) so why not do it again (breakfast) :P This will be the simplest of the simplest recipe I've ever tried! (Trust me, I'm not much of a cook. When I say simple, it really is simple :P)

To start with this simplest recipe, we need :

5 pieces crabstick (filamen ketam)
3 cloves garlic (bawang putih)
2 cloves onion (bawang merah)
2 eggs (telur)
6 tbsp soy sauce (kicap)
1 tbsp oyster sauce (sos tiram)
2 tbsp black pepper (lada hitam)
1.5 cups rice (nasi)

I think I'm going to explain in Malay cause' my knowledge in this cooking term is still '0' :P

Mula-mula, kita mesti masak nasi dulu kan. Sementera nasi nak masak, kita tumis dulu bawang putih dan bawang merah yang telah dipotong halus tadi sehingga naik bau.

Kemudian, taburkan sedikit kuib ayam, lada hitam, gula & garam dan sos tiram ke dalam bawang yang telah ditumis. Gaulkan sedikit, kemudian masukkan filamen ketam. Goreng sehingga masak sedikit.


Kemudian masukkan telur, kacau sehingga separuh goreng.


Masukkan nasi. Gaulkan sehingga rata.

Masukkan kicap sehingga keperangan.

and we're done! Wasn't that easy? Actually you can add more veggies like broccoli, carrott etc. (I was running out of those so this is what available . :P)
