As for Hariz, we have no choice but to send him to nearby nursery (kalau boleh memang tanak hantar kat orang langsung). Luckily the nursery is just next door.
I will be home in Penang a week early before I started working so Hariz and I could do some survey with the nursery.
At the meantime, I always wanted to breastfeed. So while I am still in confinement at home, I hope I could express enough breast milk for Hariz when he's in nursery.
I bought this storage system by Avent. (I think I'm addicted to Avent product :P), but I think they won't suffice.

dona pun dah start stok tapi skrang kat jakarta lg, so production untuk stok kena di stop dulu.
Avent tu cantik, dalam freezer kalau disusun nampak kemas jer. Tapi harga dia boleh tahan mahal. cup dia blh pakai 4 kali jer. huhu.
ehh dona, skali pump boleh dapat bape oz? and berapa lama 1 session?

3 oz tu kira banyak for a start. Don't worry, keep on pumping. Make it a routine. You'll see the difference later on.
Apart from the cup, u boleh guna botol @ storage bags 4 breastmilk. Banyak di jual online.

cuba cek dekat kotak cups tu, ada dia tulis boleh pakai up to 4 times tp tudung dia blh pakai terus.
Dn pump ikut nasib n time hehe. mostly dlm 4oz, kalau pump after baby's feeding dapat 3oz tp kdg2 kurang lg. pump yg plg byk slalunya pagi2 after baby's 1st feeding.
pump slalunya 15 min. masalah dn susah nak cari masa pump sbb baby mcm sentiasa nak minum. takut selepas pump tu dia marah sbb breast masih kosong. ida slalu pump bila?
