Me : tudia.. ni kena makan within a week laa..
Hubby : Mana ada.. cookies boleh simpan lama
Me : Tu dia tulis 'eat within a week'. Sbb ade marshmellow kot. Nak buat kena la beli bahan.
Hubby : Hah.. beli bahan? Ni yang malas sket. Takpe la.. makan roti gardenia je la.

To you, Mr. B, where ever you are..

This post is specially dedicate to my husband's beloved bike. Which was taken-without-his-consent 2 weeks ago at our very own home.

We only noticed it was missing when we saw our front grill was wide open and the lock was missing too. My husband usually hanged his bike between the grill and our front door. (Theres this space where we have our shoe rack, his lawnmower and a bunch other stuff).

The person who took it must have been eying this bike for quite sometime. No shoes were missing though. Except his Bosch lawnmower. 

It's a sad thing, this 'loss' because Hariz's seat is attached to it and is missing too! I know this can be replaced but it's more like a sentimental value.

It's okay Hariz. I guess no more bike riding for time being. He must have missed his evening ride.

My childhood crush

I grew up with Casper, Now and Then, Backstreet Boys, 'N SYNC as my crushes. I bought magazines like Beep Bop, Teen, and ape ape lagi lah yang ade gambar and posters of all these cute boys as the covers. I will go nuts just looking at their photos!! Likee "aahhhhhh!!!!!! waaaahhhh!!!!!!!" and more of "ohhhss and ahhhs". Budak-budak zaman sekarang ade lagi ke minat-minat ni?

Anyway, among them yang paling-paling I had major crush was Devon Sawa!!! Waaaahhhh!!! cute nyerrrr!!!!

He 1st starred in Casper as Casper himself. Giler comeeellll!!!! hahahaha... With that hair terbelah dua kan.. and look at him now.. still a hunk? Think I like him better when he was a child actor.

A another childhood crush has to be JB! Jonathan Brandis! Used to watched him in this series Ocean Girl. Giler cutee!!! Unfortunately he died few years back. It was suicide. Something like he hanged himself. I don't know why a guy like that with that look could end his life that way. May he rest in peace.

and last but not least, Brad Renfro!!! Arghhhh I will melt just to look at his eyes... giler comeell!!! and look at him now!!! still a hunk!!!!!

But that was all yesteryear.. I don't think I have that kind of excitement anymore with any actors or singers. Dah tua kot? Cuma tetiba teringat this childhood actors :)

Have you renew your IC yet?

I took a half day leave yesterday to go to make an IC replacement. Why? Well I sort of, kind of lost my IC. I know. Clumsy me. I just noticed that it was gone when I was about to check in my flight to KL. I was a bit nervous there when my IC was nowhere to be found! Luckily driver's license is accepted for check in. Phew! Or else, I would've missed my flight and the presentation in KL!!!! Giler!!!

This is my 1st time making an IC replacement so I have no idea whatsoever on the procedure. Luckily JPN's website made an elaborate description on how the procedure is like.

Since it was my 1st time and I lost it or tercicir, I had to make a police report saying that , well , I lost it. or it can be stolen, or whatever the reason you want it to be. The police report didn't take long to have it done. They do require details like How, When, Where : How the IC was gone, When did you realize it was gone, Where did you realize it was gone. So it's kinda crucial for you to have these 3 details. At the police station , they will type the letter for you and you have to pay RM4 for the report.

Later I went to JPN to have my IC done. I had to pay RM110 for the IC as RM100 for the fine of losing the IC and RM10 for the application. But if you've lost it for the 2nd time, it will be RM200 for the fine. 3rd time, RM300 and so forth. Kesimpulan nyer, sila jaga IC anda elok2 kalau tanak kena bayar beratus-ratus. Buat duit shopping lagi bagus. Huhuhuhu.

So anyway, the best part of making this IC is the photoshoot :P Too bad this IC has to be made when I'm 5 month pregnant and I look sooo gemok! huhuhu.. Takpela.. I think it is still okay than my old IC. Macam hantu!

See what I mean? Macam muka kena wipe off and jadi bersih :P

I wasn't sure whether we need to wear black scarf for the photo but I wore it anyway just to be safe. Mana tahu kang dia suruh pakai tudung hitam provided kan dah tak cun gambar :P

So now I've been carrying temporary IC. I hope in 3 weeks I will be getting my new IC as they promised. :)

New Year , New Look!

It's only day 4th on the new year of 2011. I still haven't wish you Happy New Year. Well Happy New Year! :P

New year always starts with a new resolution. For me, every year is just another year. My resolutions are meant for every day. Not just new years and of course to be better in everything I do.

So to start of this new year, first of all, I'm going to give my own blog a makeover :).

I've been with this design and layout for quite some time now. I guess it's time for me to give a face lift. A new look and feel so you know it's a new change! Well in a good way :)

As you all know, my design blog, Krafty Pallette has been up and running for almost a month. I still have yet received any orders which is fine because with work been piling up, I'm afraid blog design job has to be delayed.

But fret not, new orders are most welcome. But do expect a slight delay on delivery :)

If you've notice, I've started changing my entry font. Wanna make it look a little bit more formal but still has it's playful side :) What do you think?

And for those Wannedaz Giveaway winners, I know I still owe you my present :( I'm so sorry for long delay. I won't promise this time though but that is one of my new resolution, to mail them asap!!!

Sorry I cannot hear you I'm kinda bu-saayyyy

Yep! I'm super busy now looking after this little fella. I've been on leave for almost half a week! and I'm really-really bored to death! Maybe I'm used to waking up in the morning and go to work. Do my stuff at the office and go home, see hariz. 

Hariz too has been off the school/nursery for about a week now. I really can't wait to go back to work. As much as I enjoy being with hariz, I just can't take my mind off work. (Is this healthy?)

And Hariz, haih.. he's never been so clingy and ngada-ngada before. All he wanted was me! Abah dia dier tak mau. Hmm.. nanti kalau dah ada adik tak leh la Hariz nak clingy-clingy lagikkk. :P

I've got tonnes to blog about too. But the only time I had is at night, which is after putting Hariz to bed. and sometimes, I pon ikut skali Hariz to bed :P

Say hello to our new 'green' ride...

Wan have been wanting this ride for quite sometime and finally bought it last week. It's great for exercising and for Hariz to take a stroll :)

What would you do if this thing happend to you?

I'm the kind of person that likes to help people in need especially if that person is someone close like a friend or even an acquaintance.

 Ever since in highschool, I was known as the person who likes to lend money to people. I even had a triple 5 book (buku 3 lima) to record all the loans and their names. hehe.. rasa macam ceti plak. But those days were not much like RM10, RM20 or even RM5.

So LAST year, I had this so-called friend, Aminah (bukan nama sebenar), asked me to lend her RM100 because apparently her house has been cut off it's electricity because one of her housemate didn't pay the bill and the LLN had to pull off their meter until the bill been paid. (god knows whether this is true). So I was so kind enough to lend her the money. Well that was BEFORE I got pregnant to Hariz. 

To make the story more interesting, she had gone away to work somewhere else and my money yet to be seen. I bumped into her once in awhile but just from afar. I even sms and called her asking for the money but she never replied. The weird thing is, she seems to forget the money she 'borrowed' from me but I didn't.

Until one day, at the airport, while waiting for my plane to go to KL to attend the ARCHIDEX 2010, I saw her again. This time, I was determined to get my money back and again, I was like, sort of, did't have the nerve to came up to her and ask about it (orang yang hutang kat I but I plak takot nak mintak. boleh ke? :P) but I know where she's working now. Heck is just a few blocks away from my office building. I can just walk there if I want to. 

Finally, after more than 1 year , I managed to rang her at her office and talk to her (nicely) about the money that I lend. Apparently, she 'forgot'! Maybe she got some kind of amnesia or hit her head hard and she said would pay me back by the end of the month. 

I don't know about you guys, should I just ask her to pay me NOW or wait? I've waited for more than 1 year ! and will you 'forget' that you have borrowed money from someone? Especially if it's a hundred? Maybe 2 or 3 dollars is forgiven but a hundred dollar? should I go and throw red paint at her office? :P

My head is spinning round and round and round

Actually I've been feeling a bit dizzy today from waking up on the wrong side of bed. HUhuhuhu..

This is how it happened. Hariz woke up crying again last night (this been going on for the past 2 weeks!) I have no idea what's got into him. He will wake up twice at 2am and 4am. 

and last night,I woke up to his cried, jumped off the bed, and twirled like this

before I went to take him out of his cot. Then I felt like the house is like a big ship being hit by giant waves! urrgghh!!!! I hate thissss!!! Satu hari tak bleh nak buat keja!

Now I feel like wanna puke. Uuuppptttt!!!!

Today marked the 1st year anniversary of MJ's passing

Can you believe it's been 1 year since the late MJ's death? Well I can't!

The 1st time I heard about MJ's death on the radio, I was shocked and suddenly I felt tears running down my cheeks. MJ's may not be related to me in so many ways but somehow, his songs, his legacy have been part of me since I was little.

I grew up listening to MJ's song and his songs, unlike many artists, have touched my heart deep down inside. Every time I heard Earth Song playing, my heart shatters. The lyrics, the tunes, really touches me. If I were one of the peoples who screwing up the earth, when I listen to the song, I would stop destroying the earth and stop the war.

His loss really takes effect on everybody's life, including me.

I felt something missing from music industry and from the world. For some, it is the end of the world when MJ was pronounced dead. 

And when that happened, the little voice inside of me kept saying that he is alive and this is just a propaganda. It may not be real! but unfortunately, it is.

I never love a celebrity like I love MJ. I love his music and I would never stop being his fan.

Even though he is no longer here to give us the moonwalk and memorable dance moves, he is still in my heart and my mind.

His lost is irreplaceable . There is only 1 Michael Jackson and his legacy will remain.

Michael, you may be gone but you are still exist in our heart.

Happy National Pink Day!

I heard about this on the radio today on my way to work. I didn't know today is the National Pink Day!. Here's what I found online about this day :

Just another weekend

Helluu ladiesss!! and gentss :P

How are you spending your weekend?

Stay at home? A walk at the mall? Stay in bed? Work? If work, i feel sorry for you.. huhuhu

Anyways, I just got back from KL yesterday (Friday). Had a meeting on Thursday and spent a day in KL at my sis's. The trip to KL this time was exhausting! Why?? Let me tell you why..

First, I missed my flight out to KL on Thursday morning. I don't how did that happened. This is the first time (and hope the last time) it's happened to me. The flight was at 7.15am. I swear I set the alarm clock at 4.40am. The clock works just fine before and I don't know why it didn't went off on that particular day! So Hariz was awake, at 2am. I nurse him and went back to bed somewhere around 2.30am. Then he woke up again and I thought it is still quite early, so I picked him up, nurse him and looked at the clock and to my surprise, it was 6.20am!!! I jumped of the bed and screamed waking up Wan who was in his dreamland (sorry honey.!:P) There's no way I would catch that plane. Luckily I've packed my suitcase the night before. So I just drove myself to the airport calmly (eventhough the little voice in me kept saying I'm going to make it ) I reached airport at exactly 7.15am and saw my plane just took off. *sigh. So I just parked my car, and went to the query counter to ask for the next 1st flight going to KL. Luckily, there was one at 8.15am and reached KL at 9.00am. A bit relief that I made it to the meeting. (the meeting went well by the way.)

We finished off in a day and I got 1 extra day as I thought the meeting would take 2 days. I can't change the time and date of fight because I need 48hrs to do so. *sigh again. So I passed on my hotel room and stay at my sisters' instead.

That is why my blog have been a little 'quite' for the past few days. I'm going to be travelling again soon in 2 weeks time, and the next 2 weeks.

What do I miss the most when travelling? Hariz of course! (used to be Wan, but now Hariz lah :P)

Eversince I left him with his abah when I was off to Vietnam, (that was my 1st time being away from Hariz), Wan has picked up on how to look after Hariz. Well, I must say, he's already getting the hang of it. So kinda easy now for me to travel again (I used to worry like mad to leave Hariz with his abah :P)

So today, I just spent the whole day playing with him.

"mama!! where's my milk!!! I want milkkk!!!!"

"mama, where did you put the magazine?? oh in here.?. hang on.. let me look for it"

"ughh uugh.. where is that bloody magazine, nope. not this, not this either"

"aaaahhhh!!.. aahhh...!!!! something got my fingersss!!! arghhh!!!!'"

Dear my blog readers...

Okay. I have a confession to make. *clears throat*

I'm now officially addicted to blogging. I just realize this, when I'm not blogging, like in a mall, or at home but away from laptop, I can't help thinking " uno! my blog is not updated! no new entry! i must blog today! by hook or by crook, i must blog, even if it means sleeping at 3-4 in the morning!' .

and I have this habit of clicking the refresh button over and over just to see any new comments for my post.When there's one, I will quickly reply them because to me, every comment made on my blog means so much to me. I really appreciate each and every comment in my blog. 

and I really love my blogging buddies. *muaahhh!* Even though we never met and only know each other virtually, I still appreciate our so-called 'friendship' :) 

To tell you the truth, my life here in Penang really revolves around my family and work ONLY. Meaning, everyday, going to work and come home to my family. Not that I'm complaining but I must admit that I don't have any girlfriends to hang out with, to gossip about, to go out for a drink, watching movies and especially to SHOP!!! (that's explain the heavy online shopping :P) They are all somewhere in KL and occasionally meet. :(

So, what I'm trying to say is, I love you , my blog readers, followers and even the silent ones :) I know you're there, reading this entry as we speak. Say 'hi' to me once in awhile. I want to know you better and thank you, for being my 'friends' :)

Highly annoyed!

uhh... i've been feeling soo annoyed with everyone these past few days. I mean everyone!

I'm so annoyed with drivers that drives like there are strolling in the park in the middle of peak hour when we are late for work!

Annoyed with people who tagged me in FB for something I had nothing to do with it!

Annoyed with my post pregnancy belly :P

I'm annoyed with people who can't decide where to go and standing in the middle of the way!!

And annoyed with sales girl standing too close and  you can almost feel her breathing down your neck!

And mostly annoyed with SOMEONE who is using office streamyx to download! jadik slow okehh!!! lepas tu buat muka tak bersalah!

Casual Friday

I love Fridays! Don't you? 

Took this photo while waiting for my friend to go shopping (again?) and to show you that I have huge feet and one side is bigger than the other.

That is why I've been having trouble finding the right shoes for me. Ending up wearing crocs (the most comfortable shoes a man can make :P)

Ribbiitttt!!!

This morning nak pegi keje, as usual la siap-siap and I was carrying on Hariz on sebelah tangan and sebelah lagi tengah nak amik kasut from my shoe rack. Bila bukak jer I was like 

'eeeiiikkkkkkkkkk!!!!!!' Kataaakkk!!!!. 

Demmm... I hate katak you. Geliiiiiii. Yang pelik nyer camne dier boleh masuk inside a closed shoe rack? and is tinggi from the floor?? Pelik pelik. Sib baik tak terlepas Hariz kat sebelah tangan. Iskk...  Why katak suke duduk dalam kasut? Kalau kecik-kecik dulu, katak suka duduk dalam kasut sekolah :P
