Me and the Inner Balqis (Turban inner)

I've always been a fan of Sugarscarf since the started their business in 2009. It's either for window shop or to purchase. I've bought their first inner (u know yang layer2 tu), and I've loved it!

So when they came up with this new design, it was very intriguing . Especially after seeing Ms. Ami wears it. One word. Gorgeous!

I bought 3 colors all together, Black, Dark brown and dark Grey (play with the safest colors 1st) and received it last Friday. Only today I;ve got the chance to wear it.

    What do you think?

Well I love it! It really elongate my face!

With my girl, Angie. She's leaving us today. Sob sob.

    Had the last laugh.

So I've tried it, love it. Think I'm gonna buy few more colors :P

*thanks to Liza, my lovely photographer for the day :)

    My new found hapiness

I realized I've been spending too much money on things I don't really need.Like shoes, handbags, clothes, scarves to name a few! And the only one thing that I haven't really spend on is a good wallet.

I've been using the same old wallet bought from MNG (on sale!) for almost a year now and it has become, well, worn off. Because I tend to buy cheap things without ever thinking it's quality. Like they said, " it's cheap ma.. buy some more!" Yeah right *eyes rolling*

I always been a fan of marc jacobs. I think his design is fresh and not too old fashion ( and less selling fake). One item that I've been eying for quite sometime is this Marc Jacobs Hillier Hobo.

    source : http://www.upoun.com/guccihandbags.html

I know this one is still a looonnggg way to go (even though I can afford it but I'm saving for more important stuff :( )

Oh did I mentioned I love their wallets too? This one in particular :

I don't really mind the colours tho. As long as it's this! :P

So when Shila told me that she's selling one, I jumped! I was sooo excited that I might finally get what I dreamed for (so melodramatic :P) and I quickly emailed here to purchase it when she put it on her blog for sale. The price? It's cheaper than what I expected?? So why should I wait??????

Wanna see my new babe? Hehehe.. (malu).. well here it is! Feast your eyes!!!

Thanks Shila for making one of my dream came true (cewahhh!) :P

    See my bling bling?

I've always been a fan of pumps, flats, ballerina whatever you called it. As long as it has no heels higher than 1 inch :P

Flats works best for me because One, I had a huge feet. B, I can't really balance myself very well on heels! ( I had an experience once where my I've got twisted ankle from wearing a wedge from Blay! (totally banned that brand) and 3, I walk faster in flats! heeeee..

So during my last trip to KL, we went to the Gardens, I've decided to just do a window shop at Hush Puppies (next to Nine West). and suddenly my eyes fell on this shiny thing on the rack. I can't help myself and ask for the size and try it on. It was soooo comfortable. Like I can dance with it! and sooo friggin soft!

I had a tough time deciding whether or not to buy. but in the end, I just close my eyes and pay for it. The next thing I know, it's mine! Wohoooo!!

So I wore it today to work. It's Friday after all. It's casual day! :D

Wan keep teasing me 'tu.. batu dia dah jatuh!' and I will like 'mana?? mana???"

Ugh.. men.. they're just jealous :P

So that's my last shoes purchase for this year. Konon menutup tirai 2010 la :P Hehehe.

    As if! :P

Oh just to add to that note, I am glad HP is now started to have a good sense in designing new shoes to meet the current needs and trends.

There was one time when HP's shoes only suitable for grannies. (soory grannies. no offend!). So now my eyes will be on HP. Not Clarks :P

Looking forward for more new designs from HP!

Is going to KL called a vacation?

Going to KL for a vacation has been our annual event since 2 years ago. What's so great about KL? Why not Pangkor? or Terengganu? Some place where you can really chill and unwind? hoho.. really? Chill and unwind? Unless you don't have a 1 year old toddler that is on exploring stage, then you can unwind :P

So basically, I've been craving for the IKEA's meatball. (of all foods!!!!) I know so lame right? And somehow last week was the perfect timing for us to pack our bags and head down to KL. Another best part is, we've got free accommodation!!! Heheh.. apparently my sisters are staying in KL so apa lagi, tumpang la. Benda free. Lagi mau tunggu :P

Anyway, IKEA was the first destination once we arrived in KL. 3pm on Saturday is definitely not the best of time to go there. The queue to the car park was long but luckily, by the time we entered the car park, they closed the gate :P And we're so lucky that we found a parking space just after a few minutes.

If you are from KL, you must be shaking your head now because of the timing. Hah! Perfect! The store couldn't be any more crowd. Full with peoples taking photos, posing on the couch, talking and strolling as if they were walking at the park. *sigh*

So we quickly get the stuff we needed and headed to the cafe and boy, the queue was even worst! Don't get me start on finding seats for us.

Well to cut the story short, I managed to get my meatballs after few hours. :) Didn't managed to get any photos because we left the camera in the car. Bummer!

    It's a must to take a self portrait :P

So the next day, we went to Sunway Pyramid. Just because I wanted to go to the Cotton On Kids. Unfortunately the had nothing much to offer for the boys. More towards girls I think. Arghh!!! sangat comel okeh semua the dresses! The tutus!! Kept telling myself, beli je, mana tau nanti boleh pakai. Yeah right. *eyes rolling*

I had to let this little fella loose while we were waiting for our food to arrive. Kalau idak macam cacing kepanasan! Gelisah!

I love this shot. We were just hanging out at this part of the sunway pyramid and Hariz just love to run around.

We went to Midvalley the next day with my dad because Wan went to the motorshow at the PWTC. He said the show was a disappointment. There were not many international cars (hence the word International Motorshow). Most of them were locals, Japan's and among others.

Kesian dia. Tak berbaloi stuck in traffic for more than 1 hour just to reach there and another 1 hour to get out from there.

Anyway, we had a fun filled trip this time. (minus a large hole in our pocket) :P Now I have to refrain myself from shopping for the whole month!! (do you think I could do that?)

    Me and my Tie Rack

I've been wanting to post about this for soo long. Even before we went to Kuching :P Had it in my draft folder for quite sometime now. Dah bersawang dah kot :P

Anyway, I started with this TR collection since early 2009 when TR scarves was such a hit! It was also my early involves in blogging. Those colorful designs, satin like material and unique patterns really caught my eyes the first time I laid eyes on them. Among few bloggers that have been such an inspiration in TR wearing are Iza, Reena, Wani and to name a few!

I used to know that this Tie Rack brand only been sold at the airport. Never came across to me at that time that they all too been sold online!

So I started googling for TR in Malaysia and found one site selling them. It was actually a fotopages and the owner was Lyn (then just another seller and now, we are friends! well technically :P)

I can't really remember berapa banyak TR yang dibeli from her :P These are among them that I could remember :

So few weeks ago, I bought another TR from the Autumn/Winter 2010 Collection. All the scarves were sent all the way from UK and reached me safely in 5 days :)

I love the bold colour and design. Bila dah sampai tu, rasa macam sayang sangat nak pakai. Because, I don't know about you, but most of my scarves dah berlubang-lubang kena pin. Huhuhu.. How to avoid that??

And this is some of my scarves collections. Divided into 2 hangers. One for squares and one for long shawls.

I really need more of this hanger bulat-bulat. Bought them at IKEA for RM25. Very useful!

To my dear Lyn, insyallah one fine day we will meet. Either in UK or Malaysia :P Oh Lyn too had rooms to rent in UK with very affordable price :) Go check out her blog at London Deals!

p/s : ok Lyn, free 10 TR for me ya :P JK!

Say hello to my first C!

One thing blogging world has thought me is getting knowledge on designers stuff especially handbags. I'd say I had a few friends who owned these designer stuff and being their friends, be it in bloggersphere or the real world, I kind of  getting tempted to own one.

I started to grow fond of Chanel Flap when I saw Verde, Hanis, and to name a few. I really can see myself pacing around the block with this baby. Really! I think it is sooo me!!! Maybe this will be my first designer bag I've ever owned!

Selepas berkira-kira (ader dalam beribu-ribu kali, sama harga mcm chanel flap tu), finally I DO really see myself with the bag.

Presenting.... me and my very first Chanel!!!!

If you can't fit the shoes, well, try harder! :P

It's been awhile since I update this blog with the tall tale of my shoes collections :P
I love shoes and I love shoe shopping, shoe hunting or whatever you may call it.
Even though my size is not an average size for a women (does this mean I have men foot??!!) dang!, I will always find reasons to shop for shoes.

So last Friday, I went shopping at Gurney Plaza since it's the nearest to my office. Friday has been my favorite shopping day eventhough I had very minimal time to buy everything but it's good enough for me as I had time for myself without Hariz tagging along.

I went to Parkson, browse for the shoes at the Ladies department. I love sandal & wedges. I has to be wedge. I can't wear heels because I think I can't really balance myself on it. HUhuhu..
Anyways, while in search for the perfect sandal I saw one on the display and quickly ask for the size. My usual questions will be

    " ader size 9? Or the biggest " :P

I was lucky they had size 9. Unfortunately, it's a tad smaller for my feet but I don't care. I love it! It perfectly covers my toes and feet yang penuh dengan urat ituuuu :P

hariz : ayoo mamaa.. kasut baru lagii??

    I love it!

see the behind ? slightly smaller for my feet but what the heck!

It's from SACHS and the price was RM70++ before less and I only paid RM58.90 for it!!! What a bargain!!! Rasa macam nak beli satu lagi :P

*a note to dear anon that this left a massage here asking whether it is suitable for pregnant women, I would say, not quite because I just realize the base of the shoes is a bit slippery when in contact with water.

    It started with this mail...

This just came in my mail today.
I don't remember signing up  anything from GUESS? because I hardly shop there! It's not that I don't fancy what they sell it's just, too Paris-hilton I guess. and them jeans, wooo.. the length of the jeans is like 2 meter high!

Now getting this email, maybe it's a sign that I need to buy a new watch? no?
Well I've got a few in my collection. One is almost 12 years of age. That's right. That's the only chain watch I ever had and it is still in a good shape. Change battery a couple of times but nothing major.

I used to be a watch collector before from Mickey Mouse to Garfield (yeah remember that? It was a hit!) and baby G (which I still have in my keep for almost 10 years too) and Swatch. You know those days Swatch was such a popular watch. The fancier it is , the popular you get. :P Do you think they will cost few thousands now? Because they are antique! :P

Do you think it's an investment buying a lot of watch? Like they keep saying buying designer handbag that cost thousands is an investment. How? Does it mean that after few decades the price of the bag will multiply? Like that baseball cards? Maybe I should get one of those designer bag eh? (Wan will fall off his chair if he reads this :P)

Mom & Baby Expo 2010 & IKEA & Girlfriends [Part II]

{You're the best thing ever happened to me,
I thank Allah for this greatest gift ever,
    and for that, I will always love you..}

Thank you k'own for the beautiful shot ! :)

I want to begin this entry by thanking these people whom I love so dear and close to my hear (ohh I feel so much love today, so please bear with me :P)
Sorry I left both of you out on my previous entry :P Thank you for looking after Hariz while me go shopping Nurul and Zhaf. Extra pair of hands are always needed when it comes to taking care of Hariz :D

Ahh okay, the continuance of the 2nd chapter of my visit to KL, we went to IKEA the next day which is on Sunday morning right after we had our breakfast.

Oh by the way, Hariz just lost his left shoe the day before. So this photo was taken right before the shoe went missing. Kesian Hariz. He just had a good look at his shoes skali dah hilang. Huhuhu..

Already then, back to IKEA,traffic and parking was still okay when we arrived. but the crowds started to build up when we arrived inside of the store. Ramai sungguh manusia. We went few rounds and stop by the cafe before heading downstairs to isi minyak dulu. I had my favourite meatballs that I've been craving since the last time I had is which was last year! :P

All tables were full! I was standing and looking for empty table when suddenly a foreign women came to me and said "hi.. you can have our seat if you want. We are done". Owh wow! Lucky me!

Then I met my long time high school friend, Kak Win, with her baby, Alif. Sangat la comel si Alif nii.. Macam anak mat saleh :)

We continued our shopping after the lunch. Hariz felt asleep a few times while I shop. Kesian diaa :P

Later, Hariz met his gorgeous aunties!!!!Seronok Hariz dikelilingi auntie-auntie yang vogue2 :P

    Vintage Clothing

I'm not much of a vintage fan but sometimes the dresses or tops really nice. Like the one I bought here from Vintage Biri-Biri.

What do you guys think? Not bad huh?

Actually lately ni jadik kemaruk nak shopping sangat. I used to have this when I was pregnant with Hariz dulu. erk! no no no.. Saya bukan hamil lagi. No worries :P Maybe because I've lost my pregnancy weight kot and started to buy more clothes. Especially ones with buttons at front. Senang mau bagi susu :P

O ya... I love online shopping. It started back almost 3 years go. From then on, almost half of my wardrobe from online shopping ;) Why? because it's soo convenience! Save on petrol, parking and time! hehe.. Tapi tak semua la boleh shop online. Like pants and shoes. Susah woo. Baju ok lagi...

So tell me,  are you an online-shopaholic too?

    Baby Shopping

My 1st baby online shopping was from LilCaliph back when I was still in confinement (tak boleh keluar so online shopping is the only wayy!!! :P

And then I came across myBBstore.com a little while back and start purchasing few items. When they arrived, god knows what the feeling is like. To me, receiving a present ! (eventho I paid for it :P). Then I kept coming back for more.

2 days ago, I purchased more item from myBBstore and they arrived on the next day! How fast is that!?

I bought all the necessities for my little Hariz.(konon) and of course, for my own pleasure :P

The item will arrive in a box with myBBstore written on it.

This is what I've bought :
